The LIP range of products is a waterproofing membrane which has been awarded the EC1 Plus Low Emissions as well as the ETAG 022 Accreditation (European Technical Approval Guidelines) which were established under the construction products directive.

Our LIP Waterproofing Membrane is an easy paint-on application, suitable for wood and cement based products.

The membrane is designed to move and stretch with your building.

Can be used for wet-room application and indeed for every shower enclosure or bathroom installation for ultra piece of mind for waterproofing any project.

Kit consists of Primer, Joint Tape and Liquid Membrane.

Due to it's nature this product has to be delivered on a mini pallet.

Waterproofing Membrane Easy paint-on application suitable for wood and cement based products. The membrane is designed to move and stretch with your building. Kit consists of Primer, Joint Tape and Liquid Membrane. Coverage: 7-8sqm’s with two applications. Order Ref WMVS30

Application LIP VS 30 is a one-component liquid membrane for waterproofing of floors, walls, vessels etc. prior to tiling and for radon protection. LIP VS 30 is only for indoor use. Bases LIP VS 30 can be applied on concrete, plaster, light clincer concrete, screed, lightweight concrete, floor plywood, stucco, gypsum floors, calcium silicate plates and various approved wetroom plasterboards, gypsum fibre, cement, polystyrene etc. For wetrooms the construction requires approval according to current regulations. See the leaflet on LIP VS 30 Waterproofing membrane for further information. Preparations The base must be free from dust, firm, dry and free from parting agents. Cement, plaster, light clincer concrete, surface dressing, plasterboard, gypsum floors, lightweight concrete and other inorganic materials prime with LIP Primer 54, diluted in the ratio 1 part of primer to 10 parts of water. Floor plywood, calcium silicate plates and various approved wetroom plasterboards prime with undiluted LIP Primer 54. On light exterior walls the vapour seal should be replaced by a priming with LIP VS 20 (340g/m2). For joints between floor and wall, wall and wall, around pipe penetrations and floor drains, reinforce with LIP reinforcement web fastened with LIP VS 30. Alternatively, use LIP adhesive sealing tape in joints, LIP adhesive sheets for floor drains and a LIP pipe sleeve for pipe penetrations. Instructions for Use Apply LIP VS 30 with a brush, roller or scraper twice on all surfaces when the primer has dried. The drying time on the first layer is approx. 1-2 hours. The drying time for the second layer is approx. 8-16 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Working temperature should be min 10°C. In areas requiring a layer thickness of min 1 mm coverage would be 1,73 kg/mm2 according to the current national building regulations, general instructions etc. In areas requiring only a waterproof layer provide a layer thickness of not less than 0,58 mm at a coverage of 1 kg/m2. How long does delivery take?

Depending on the products you have ordered, we typically aim to deliver products within 7 days, however majority of products are to order from the manufacturer and could take longer, special orders can be confirmed on order. There are however many items which are available for immediate dispatch. We have provided a guide for each product that you view explaining the approximate delivery period it takes for us to receive the goods from the relevant supplier from your initial order date. If you require a more precise delivery time please email us.

Our delivery charges are displayed on the product page and there is one charge per order (not per item) .

Many items have FREE delivery, but if this is not possible here are our charges.
Small items on courier (DHL) - £10
Overnight for larger items as STANDARD - £18
Pallet delivery 2-3 day kerb-side service as CARRIAGE- £45 – Zone 1 (most of UK)

Central London and parts of Scotland postal areas will have a £20 surcharge for pallet deliveries – this will be applied at checkout and classed as Zone 5.

Other charges may apply for the Channel Islands and Ireland.

Export charges can be discussed with our sales department for all other World Wide destinations including Zero VAT destinations being a speciality.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. If you prefer to pickup your order from our showroom or warehouse, please select this option when proceeding through the Checkout. We will then telephone you once your items are ready for collection and of course there will be no delivery costs incurred.

Delivery Service -

Smaller items will be sent via DHL Parcels or XDP

Most larger orders and fragile items (ceramic, glass) will be delivered on a pallet as this is the best way to protect items. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Please note, the pallet delivery service is a “kerb side” only service and drivers are not able to take goods off the pallet or inside the property.

Please inspect your order on arrival and alert the driver to any issue with the packaging or goods. Please report damages with photographs as soon as possible and inform the driver should any of the packaging be suspect and make sure this is noted on his paperwork.
